1. AIR TRANSPORTATION
   • Airfare to and from the destination are not included.
   • The customer is solely and fully responsible for ensuring they are in full compliance with the airline regulations.
2. ACCOMMODATIONS
   • Accommodations to be provided as per standard and special requests from clients.

NB: Only free night accommodation on arrival date will be provided.

3. TRANSFERS
   • Transfers to be provided free on arrival (pick up from airport to the hotel).

NB: Only free transfer on arrival date will be provided.  

4. CHANGES IN ITINERARY AND SCHEDULE

• Unable to predict the future, AFRICAN WANDERLUST

ADVENTURE reserves the right to make changes to accommodations, meals and/or transfers as it may deem necessary.

NB: In this case, our Company apply commercial efforts to substitute accommodations, meals or transfer of the same standards, adhere to your satisfaction.

• Seasonal rainfall on bush and game trails, game migrations from one section to another may cause change to routes and camps during your safari.

5. COSTS NOT INCLUDED
   • Cost of passport and visa fees, and service charges for obtaining visa fees.

NB: Clients are accountable to ensure having a valid passport before entering a destination (Recommended six months preceding last travel.

• Airline baggage charges.
• All items are precisely not enclosed in the itinerary, including tips to drivers/guides (tips should be provided as indicated in the itinerary) as well as to other transference escorts.
• Subjective nature tips items are other than those executed by restaurants and/or hotels for included services.
• Tour cancellation insurance policy.
• Foreign taxes, including the one, levied by airports (billed preceding your departure). Value-added taxes (VAT), ETC.

NB: Taxes vary generally by destination and it can considerably increase the amount due. It is advised to contact AFRICAN

WANDERLUST ADVENTURES for more details on an estimate of possible taxes associated with your itinerary.

• Cost for anything not specifically included in the listing above.

6. RESERVATION PROCEDURES

• DEPOSIT: Confirmation of reservations, entail a nonrefundable deposit of thirty per cent (30%) for tour preparations at the time of booking. The Balance amount of the tour should be paid 45 days prior to initiation of the tour.

NB: Any amount paid as a deposit shall serve as payment to AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES’s design and delivery of a wholly organized itinerary.  

• LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Confirmations on bookings made within 45 days of departure date, we require full payment.
• TRIP INSTRUCTIONS: This Will be sent to clients about all features of your tour, such as itinerary and stuffs to carry with you, comprising, photographic equipment, documents, clothing, insurance, etc.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

• RATES: All payments must be done in U.S. dollars and quotes are based on tariffs and the value of foreign exchanges. This is in effect with the booking time and thus are subject to change.
• We also accept credit cards
• AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES reserve rights to supplement a maximum of up to 10% of total cost forced by exchange rates, etc.
• AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES accept payment through wire transfer, in that case, please contact us so we provide you with bank account information and details.

8. CANCELLATIONS POLICY AND REFUNDS

Booking with AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES, safety is our main priority to our guests, partners and staff. As the pandemic continuously

affects the travel industry, we have placed standard operating procedures that comply with the instructions and directives of the World Health Organizations in conjunction with the government of Tanzania.

1. For all bookings made between January 2021 till June 2021 that are and will be affected by the pandemic restrictions and implications;
   • You are guaranteed to 100% refund for tours cancelled at least 45 days before your tour departure.
   • Cancellations are only effective on AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES receipt of written notice.
   • Our company reserve the right to cancel the tour which is not paid by the due date.

1. Pertinent to all booking made for travel commencing on or before the 31st of December 2021;

• You may cancel your booking without cancellation fees at least 45 days prior to tour departure.
• Cancellations received in less than 45 days prior to departure – 50% Cancellation Fee is applicable.
• Cancellations are only effective on AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES receipt of written notice.
• Our company reserve the right to cancel the tour which is not paid by the due date.

                III.    You may cancel your booking for the following reasons;

• The country of your origin is on lockdown and all borders are closed 45 days before your tour commences.
• Your destination country is on lockdown and all borders are closed 45 days before your tour commences. o Your international flight is cancelled 45 days before your tour commences and no alternative flights are available. o If COVID-19 travel regulations and restrictions are in place in the country of your origin or destination
• Any other comprehensible restrictions that inhibit your ability to travel due to possible difficulties related to COVID-19

1. Reschedule/ Rebook your tour at least 45 days before your tour commence

• You may reschedule your tour on a later date at least 45 days prior to travel and 100% of your deposit can be reused towards your new booking*. This is applicable to all trips booked for travel commencing on or before the 31st of December 2021.
• In case of a date change request, AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES will use commercial rational efforts to avoid tour cancellation but these penalties depend on the policies of our suppliers.

9. CHANGE OF CONTRACT

• Rules and regulations must be followed by all clients. AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES reserves the right to change any tour to adhere to indigenous environments, security anxieties, or principles.
• Also, our company preserve the right to refuse and/or discontinue any person from partaking or enduring any tour if those individual causes or is considered to cause a threat to other travellers or the native people as well as their culture.

10. INSURANCE AND LIABILITIES

• Medical insurance plus full travel conditions must be adhered by each client plus other travelling parties during the trip as cover as we secure your booking with us.
• You and/or other members of your travelling Parties will be accountable for any emergency services necessary.
• Additional expenses incurred due to accident delay, natural disaster, political turmoil must be abided by clients.
• This insurance should include handling for, but not restricted to, the following: emergency clearing expenses and medical costs.
• AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES will not take any expenses incurred by clients and/or another member of your travelling parties like cancellation of the tour, not carrying valid types and/or amounts of insurance, theft, loss or any personal damage.

N.B: Advised clients to read and understand their insurance policy prior they travel to ensure that the insurance provides them with the appropriate amount of coverage, required for that travel.

11. SPECIAL HEALTH/ MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS AND COVERAGE

• Prior to travelling you and your travelling parties must be in respectable physical and mental health.

NB: We advise clients to check with their doctors for specific medical advice about any activities or destinations.

• Any physical condition, special diet, or necessitating special treatment attention must be described in writing to the Company at the time reservation is made. The company will use any actions to provide all demands, although personal requests cannot be definite, and doesn’t form part of the contract. Thus, no obligations in case of failure to conform to personal demands.

12. COMMITMENTS TO THE CUSTOMERS

• It is the client’s responsibility to check their travel documents to be sure dates are correct and gives notice to AFRICAN WANDERLUST

ADVENTURES in case of any changes or errors encountered. (Including valid passports and visas).

NB: In case of clients not arriving on the agreed dates of the tour our company reserve the right to cancel the tour.

• Clients should abide to follow guidelines agreed by AFRICAN

WANDERLUST ADVENTURES employees and agrees to cover the company contrary to any loss or damage incurred as a consequence of failing to observe instructions provided.

• The clients agree to adhere to proper manner to avoid trouble or transgression to other fellow clients or native societies.

13. PRIVACY

• Personal information provided by the Clients remain within AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES and will be used only for the purpose of the tour booked. No third parties will by any means have access

to AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES Clients communications and information.

               NB: AFRICAN WANDERLUST ADVENTURES acts simply as an agent for the operating company to deliver your tour experience, thus shall not be accountable for any damage or loss subsequent.
